EKSIM TRANS has started to operate in 1995 as a concrete factory, and after only 2 years company has become one of the three front-runners in concrete production in Riga. Holding high production ratings, company has made new turn in its development and started to indulge in construction, as a main activity direction. In 2001 EKSIM TRANS has signed first contracts on construction works on following objects: hotel “Latvia” (Reval Hotel Latvia), RIMI, Riga Olympic Sport Center, etc. In 2013 company has received general turnkey contract on Z-Towers project.
